Tender forms can be obtained from the Construction Branch of 4 BN BSF  Samba during office hours on all working days on cash payment of tender cost Non refundable and earnest money in shape of receipt challan or deposit at call receipt of scheduled bank guaranteed by reserve bank of India in favour of Commandant 4 BN BSF Samba with the application and on submission of a attested Copy of Enlistment registration certificate sale tax clearance certificate and PAN Card.
3.	The tender of the contractor who does not deposit earnest money in prescribed manner with the application tender forms will not be issued. The Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tender without assigning any reason.
4.	The tender opening sale date happening to be Government holiday or closed day the same will be sold opened on next working day.
