Pre-Qualification :

The Executive Engineer  Civil FTR HQ BSF Jammu on behalf of President of India Invites Sealed items rate quotation following works from approved and eligible Contractors CPWD and those of appropriate list of BSNL P and T  MES  Railway and J and K State PWD which should be sealed envelope  should reach to this office by 1600 Hrs on 12th Feb 2010 through quotation box placed in office, and quotation will be opened on same day at 1630 Hrs at Engg Branch 4 BN BSF  by a board officers. Envelope should be super scribed with QUOTATION FOR THE WORK UNDER 4 BN BSF. The issue of schedule of quantity for quotation will be stopped on 9th Feb 2010 at 1600 Hrs .

OTHER CONDITION
1)	The work has to carried out as per CPWD Specification.
2)	No. T and P will be provided by department.
3)	Payment will be made through BC BD.
4)	Time allowed for execution of work is 30 days after issuing of work order.
5)	The work has to the carried out as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer In Charge.
6)	The Contractor has to abide by security instruction of the BSF authority.
7)	The watch and ward of the stores will be by the contractor and BSF will not be held responsible for any loss  damage.
8)	The store have to be got approved by the Engineer  In  Charge before execution of work.
9)	The Competent authority reserves the right to reject any quotation without assigning any reason
