2.	Tender forms can be had from the cashier DIG BSF Jammu during office hours on all working days on Bank Draft Banker Cheque  of tender cost Non refundable and earnest money as above in form of deposit at call receipt of scheduled Bank Guaranteed  by Reserve bank of India demand draft of a scheduled bank issued in favour of DIG BSF Jammu and on  submission of a attested copy of enlistment/registration certificate, a copy of sales tax clearance certificate. Application for issue of tender shall be accompanied by earnest money. Receipt of application will be stopped at 1300 hrs on 9 Feb 2010

3.	The contractor who does not deposit earnest money in prescribed manner, tender forms will not be issued. The Competent authority reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason. Successful tendered have to execute the formal departmental agreement and deposit performance guarantee at the rate of 5 percent tender amount in the form of deposit at call receipt or Bank guarantee.
