Pre-Qualification :

The Commandant 32 Bn Border Security Force  Akhnoor  Jammu J and K  on behalf of the President of India invites sealed items rate tender from approved and eligible contractors of CPWD and those of appropriate list of Telecommunication MES Railway and J and K state PWD for the following works up to 1600 hrs on 01 March 2010 and tenders will be opened at 1630 Hrs on same day.

2.	Tender forms can be obtained from the Office of the Commandant 32 BN BSF Akhnoor J and K during office hours on all working days up to 1600 hrs on cash payment of tender cost  Non refundable and  earnest money as above in form of deposit at call receipt of scheduled Bank guaranteed by Reserve bank of India Demand draft of a scheduled bank issued in favour of Commandant 32 BN BSF Akhnoor  Jammu  and on submission of an attested copy of enlistment registration certificate a copy of sales tax clearance certificate. Application for issue of tender shall be accompanied by earnest money. Receipt of application will be closed at 1300 hrs on 26 Feb 2010.


3	The contractor who does not deposit earnest money in prescribed manner and documents as stated above their tender forms will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason. Successful tender have to execute the formal departmental agreement and deposit performance guarantee at the rate of 5 percent of tendered amount in the form of deposit at call receipt or Bank guarantee.
