Work Description

Providing and ITC of 12.5 HP submersible motor pump and Accessories in existing bore well at Roshanbagh of 105 BN BSF under SHQ BSF Berhampore.

Pre-Qualification :

(a)	The Executive Engineer/Assistant Engineer(Elect.) Border Security Force on behalf of President of India invites item rate tender from approved and eligible contractors of CPWD    and    those of    appropriate    classes borne on the approved list of  Railway  MES BSNL  state PWD  upto 1500hrs on dates shown below which will be opened at 1530 hrs on the same day for the works mentioned below.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
(b)	The above earnest money in the mode of deposit at call receipt of a scheduled bank/fixed deposit receipt of scheduled bank/demand draft of scheduled bank issued in favour of DIG BSF Berhamporefor SL No 01 to 04 and DIG Malda for SL No 05 to 06  along with the cost of the tender paper shall be submitted by the intending tenderer at the time of submitting their application (Cost of tender paper will be submitted in cash). Valid registration PAN card and Sale tax clearance certificate and Electrical License should also be submitted along with application for purchase of tender papers.
(c)        The tender notice is also available on the website www.bsf.nic.in
(d)	The department reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason.
(e)	In case there happens to be holiday on 15 Jan 2010  tender will be opened on next working day.
