Work Description

Providing chequrred tiles, paver tiles and rolling shutter at Lord Sinha Road under HQ SB FTR

Pre-Qualification :

(a)	The Executive Engineer (Civil), Border Security Force, on behalf of President of India invites Item rate tenders from the approved and eligible contractors of CPWD and those of appropriate classes borne on the approved list of Railways, MES, P & T & State PWD up to 1500 hrs on dates shown below which will be opened at 1530 hrs on the same day for the works mentioned below.

(b)	The above earnest money in the mode of deposit at call receipt of a scheduled bank / fixed deposit receipt of scheduled bank/demand draft of scheduled bank issued in favour IG BSF South Bengal/DIG BSF KNR/BHP/Malda along with cost of the tender paper shall be submitted by the intending tenderer at the time of submitting their application alongwith original credential and supporting documents.  (Cost of tender paper will be submitted in cash). Valid registration, PAN card and Sale tax clearance certificate should also be submitted along with application for purchase of tender papers.

(c)	The tender notice is also available on the website. www.bsf.gov.in
(d)	The department reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason.
(e)	In case there happens to be holiday on 15 Feb 2010 tender will be opened on next working day.
